We hired Jeff Wortham in 1995 to design a plan for our backyard. His plan turned our dirt and weeds into a beautiful Mediterranean setting requiring very low maintenance for its size. Jeff made the process very simple and very rewarding. He is a very good listener and does not let his ego interfere with the process or finished product. He offered more than one option for the extensive hardscape and plantings which resulted in a fabulous yard even better than we imagined! The info he gave us as to what to look for when hiring individual contractors was key and resulted in a smooth process and saved money during the installation. His email and video reminders regarding fertilizer, water and pruning help insure that our yard (and investment) are always at their best. We had Jeff back about 5 years ago to update and refresh the plantings. He recommended a few changes to accommodate the shade our grown trees provide. His expert technical experience and love of enriching his clients’ lives has provided us with a beautiful entertaining option allowing us to host parties, weddings and family celebrations. We highly recommend Jeff!! By the way, our yard is shown in his photos on this site. It is the one with the columns and extensive brightly colored plantings.
